Brand Identity & Ecommerce Website
The Caffeinated Bunny
Role
Brand Identity & Web Designer
Scope
Brand identity, logo system, product sub-logos, ecommerce website, promotional emails, print-ready brand assets.
Platform
Shopify ecommerce website
Focus
Visual identity, ecommerce UX, product catalog design, subscription flows, promotional design, and brand consistency.

The Product
The Caffeinated Bunny is a Western Australian specialty coffee brand selling beans, pods, machines, bundles, and merchandise through a subscription-capable ecommerce store.
I designed the identity, logo system, print-ready material, promotional emails, and website experience. The goal was to make the brand loud enough to stand out, but still clear enough to shop and trust.

Starting Point
The brand was entering a category where many coffee websites looked the same: muted colors, kraft packaging, quiet layouts, and safe product photography.
That would have made it easy to ignore.
The challenge was to build a sharper visual direction without making the store feel messy.

Brand Direction
The identity was built around energy, personality, and memorability.
The illustrated bunny mascot, graffiti-style wordmark, hot pink, electric blue, purple, and bold product naming gave the brand a visual world people could recognize quickly.
The challenge was keeping that energy controlled enough for ecommerce. The brand had to feel loud, but the shopping experience still needed to feel clear.

Logo & Product Identity System
I designed the main brand logo and supporting product sub-logos so each blend could feel distinct while still belonging to the same world.
The product names and visuals carried the same playful coffee logic across the catalog, from beans and pods to bundles and merchandise.

Ecommerce Website
The website was designed as both a brand experience and a working store.
The homepage introduced the brand, top products, subscriptions, product categories, stockists, and the purpose behind the business. Product pages needed to support variations, pricing, subscriptions, bundle offers, and clear product details.
The design covered the main ecommerce journey: homepage, shop, product detail pages, cart, checkout direction, login/signup, and account flows.

Promotional Emails
I also designed promotional email assets to keep the brand consistent beyond the website.
The email direction supported product launches, offers, collection pushes, and brand storytelling, using the same visual language as the eCommerce experience.

Print-Ready Brand Assets
The brand system extended into print-ready materials for real customer touch-points. These assets helped the identity move beyond the screen and into packaging, inserts, product material, and customer-facing brand moments.

Outcome
The project gave The Caffeinated Bunny a complete brand and ecommerce presence: identity, logo system, product visuals, website design, email direction, and print-ready assets.
The final work helped the brand feel recognizable, energetic, and commercially ready without losing the cause behind it.
Reflection
This project was about building a brand people could remember.
The strongest part of the work was carrying one visual idea across many surfaces: logo, product identity, website, email, and print. It showed how brand identity and ecommerce design need to work together, especially when the product has to sell quickly and still feel like it belongs to a bigger story.
