Luxury Construction Brand System
T3 Design & Construct
Role
Brand & Website Designer
Scope
Logo design, brand identity, website design, vehicle wrap, construction shadecloth, email signature, print-ready assets.
Focus
Premium positioning, visual identity, website storytelling, service structure, trust signals, and brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.

The Product
T3 Design & Construct is a Gold Coast construction company focused on high-end residential and commercial builds.
I designed the complete brand identity and website experience, along with real-world brand applications including a Ford Ranger vehicle wrap, construction shadecloth, email signature, logo system, and print-ready materials.
The goal was to create a construction brand that felt premium, sharp, and credible without looking like every generic builder website.
Brand Direction
The direction was built around a sharper construction identity: clean, confident, premium, and practical.
The brand needed to speak to clients planning serious residential or commercial projects, where trust, detail, and delivery matter as much as the final look.

Website Design
The website was structured to make the company feel credible quickly.
The homepage leads with luxury home-building positioning, then moves into affiliations, licence proof, service messaging, project confidence, client testimonials, and enquiry.
The design turns the brand from a builder name into a clearer business presence: what they do, where they work, why they can be trusted, and how to start a project.

Physical Brand Applications
I extended the identity into physical brand touchpoints, including a full Ford Ranger vehicle wrap. This mattered because the brand needed to show up on-site, on the road, and in client-facing moments, not only online.

Digital Brand Assets
I also designed supporting print and digital assets, including business cards and an email signature, to keep the identity consistent across everyday business communication.

Outcome
The design uses strong construction and lifestyle photography, confident typography, and a dark, premium colour palette across every page, home, about, work, commercial, residential, and contact.
The project gave T3 a complete brand presence across website, identity, vehicle, site material, and communication assets.
The final system made the business feel more premium, more established, and easier to trust across every client touchpoint.
Reflection
This project was about making a construction brand feel considered everywhere it appears.
The strongest part was carrying one identity across very different formats: website, logo, car wrap, shadecloth, email, and print. That kind of consistency is what makes a service business feel established before the client ever speaks to the team.
